En la definición del grupo K, Colombia igualó 0-0 ante Portugal y se quedó con el liderazgo de la zona, mientras que los lusitanos quedaron relegados al segunto lugar. Además, Congo dio vuelta el marcador y se metió en 16vos. de final.
 
El único tanto del match, lo anotó Eldor Shomurodov a los 10 minutos del primer tiempo, era el 1-0 para Uzbekistán.
